Why buy a hotel bed?

Trade-grade hotel mattresses are known for their exceptional support and durability. They are constructed with commercial-grade materials, similar to those used in top hotels worldwide, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

When you invest in a hotel mattress, you invest in long-term comfort and sleep quality.

Beautyrest® Hospitality mattresses and foundations are not available in retail stores.

How is it different than a retail model?

The Beautyrest® commercial product line is developed independently from retail models and engineered for superior durability, comfort, and support.

What is a no-flip mattress?

A no-flip mattress is designed to never be flipped.

This “building-block” design, introduced by Simmons after extensive research, offers greater durability compared to traditional double-sided mattress sets.

Will I need to flip my mattress?

No. Beautyrest® mattresses use no-flip technology. Rotating the mattress is optional but not required.

What is a foundation?

A foundation is a rigid, non-flexing support system designed to properly support your mattress.

The EnduroTECH™ foundation is standard across the commercial line and is available in:

· 9" standard height

· 5.5" low-profile height

It is engineered for durability and can support up to 2,000 pounds.

Is there a difference between the 9" and 5.5" foundation?

No. There is no difference in performance, comfort, durability, or price. The choice is based solely on your preferred height.

Can I use my existing foundation?

To maintain your warranty, you must use a Beautyrest® foundation or a rigid, non-yielding support system.

Slatted bed frames are not approved and may void your warranty.

Can I purchase just a mattress without a foundation?

Yes, if you have a platform bed with a solid, flat, and rigid surface (not slats). Otherwise, using a non-matching foundation may void your warranty.

Are split foundations available?

Yes. Split foundations are standard for King and California King mattress sets.

Is a bed frame included with a mattress set?

No, a bed frame is not included.

How thick are the mattresses?

Mattress height varies by model. Please refer to the product description for exact measurements.

Do I need deep-pocket sheets?

Mattress heights vary, so ensure your fitted sheets can accommodate the total height of your mattress and foundation.

Will my existing bedding fit?

If your new mattress and foundation are taller than your current setup, you may need deeper fitted sheets, longer bed skirts, or larger comforters.

Will the mattress fit up my stairs or hallway?

Mattresses do not bend. Measure all entryways, staircases, and hallways before ordering.

Can I bend the mattress to fit it upstairs?

No. Bending the mattress can cause damage and will void your warranty.

Are these mattresses compatible with adjustable bases?

Yes. For adjustable bases, purchase the mattress only (without a foundation).

Where do you ship?

Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are not included.

How long does delivery take?

Because each mattress is made to order, delivery typically takes between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on production capacity.

Shipping is included in the purchase price. A local delivery provider will deliver your mattress to your residence.

How will I know when the mattress will be delivered?

Once your mattress is manufactured, you will receive an email notification. The delivery company will then contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Can my bed be held for a later delivery?

No. Once production is complete, the mattress is immediately released to the delivery carrier.

What is the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee for up to 3 pieces is $195. This fee covers the cost of professional delivery to your residence, placement in your designated room, and removal of the old mattress, box spring, and packaging materials. Is there an additional delivery fee for certain locations?

Yes. A $500 fee applies to select Massachusetts island zip codes.

What should I check at delivery?

Before signing, inspect your order for:

· Damage (rips, stains, etc.)

· Missing items

Why is there a mattress recycle fee?

Certain states require a recycling fee for all mattress and foundation purchases, regardless of whether you are disposing of an old mattress.

Can I return my order?

No. All mattresses and foundations are made to order and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing and structural defects under normal use.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover:

· Damage from improper handling (such as bending the mattress)

· Self-moving damage

· Use with improper support systems

Can I remove the law tag?

No. Removing the law tag will void your warranty.

What does the “X” on my mattress tag mean?

The “X” indicates updated outer fabric materials. The internal construction and comfort level remain the same.
